‘Feed error’ means that the application is unable to contact the data source.  Make sure you are connected to the internet, either via GPRS, EDGE, 3G or Wireless Network.

A faded departure board indicates that it has not recently been updated and is out of date.  The status bar at the bottom of the screen would say ‘Needs updating.’  You can manually update platform information by pressing the refresh button at the top-right of the screen.

When a departure board is missing from a station it means that information for some of the platforms is not currently available. We cannot say why information for certain platforms are sometimes not available, but we suspect it is due to some connectivity issue further down the line.

Lines news are updated automatically about every 5 minutes and the full stations list about every couple of days.  When these updates are taking place, the station screen waits for these to complete before updating.  Lines news usually takes about 10-15 seconds to update, and the full stations list around 25 seconds.  Note that these [...]

The application displays unaltered information. It probably means that the same is displayed on the real departure board on the platform. Unfortunately we are not in control of the information provided by Transport for London.  You can find exactly the same information on the TFL website.
